Shipping & Production Timelines

      • Order Sourcing & Processing: Standard, pre-manufactured retail orders require 1–3 business days to process before shipment. For our handcrafted, custom, 1-of-1, and patchwork garments, sourcing and fabrication timelines vary heavily depending on design complexity, material scarcity, and supplier availability. Custom garments, 1 of 1 garments, patchwork pieces typically require 2–4 weeks to ship, unless an alternative timeline is explicitly detailed within the product description or your custom invoice. 
      • Carrier Transit & Tracking: Once your order is processed and packaged, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your USPS/UPS tracking number will be delivered to your account. Standard domestic transit takes approximately 3–5 business days depending on your location. Please note that carrier transit speeds are automated estimates and do not dictate or guarantee the creation window of custom, made-to-order items. 
      • Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues: Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their delivery address at checkout. BY L.A.W. is not liable for delayed, lost, or mis-delivered shipments resulting from incorrect customer inputs. If a delivery failure occurs due to courier errors, please contact us immediately at bylawstudios@gmail.com with your tracking and order number so we can assist you in filing an official carrier claim.
      • Refused Deliveries & Communication Lapses: If a customer intentionally refuses delivery of a package, severs communication channels, or blocks the merchant to halt fulfillment, the package will be held securely in our commercial inventory. Refusing transit or failing to coordinate delivery metrics does not void our strict Final Sale Policy, nor does it qualify the transaction for a cancellation or refund.
