ALL SALES ARE FINAL with exceptions to the following conditions:

1. Item arrived damaged upon receipt of shipment.

2. Wrong item or size was received.

*DISCLAIMER - Pieces may display stains, blemishes, wear, or general signs of age. Some garments such as our 1 of 1 denim have been measured and resized to account for size variance due to age. These imperfections are representative of our commitment to sustainability and should be worn with pride.

Refunds will be issued according to the currency exchange rate at the time of purchase. Refunds and exchanges will only be accepted if one of two refund conditions are met. Product must be returned including the original packaging and tags.

Customers have 30 days from the date of package receipt to initiate a dispute regarding their order. Please note that not all disputes will be resolved, as each case is evaluated on a circumstantial basis. Please wait 1-3 business days for us to respond.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Every order undergoes quality control prior to shipment. In the rare event that you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bylawstudios@gmail.com

 

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can properly assess and determine the appropriate resolution.

 

FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE ACTIVITY

BY L.A.W reserves the right to flag, restrict, or permanently ban any customer engaging in fraudulent activity. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive or unwarranted chargebacks, false claims, or abuse of our customer service channels.

Such behavior compromises the integrity of our brand and will not be tolerated. Customers found in violation may be restricted from future purchases.
